This Refund Policy applies to all payments made on the PaisaRecover platform at paisarecover.com. This policy is in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
1.1 Single Case Plan (₹3,500)
A full refund is available if you cancel within 24 hours of payment AND no work has been initiated on your case (no calls made, no legal notice drafted). Once recovery actions have begun, the service fee is non-refundable. If we are unable to make any contact attempt within 7 business days of case submission due to an error on our part, you are entitled to a full refund.
1.2 Annual Subscription Plan (₹8,500)
A full refund is available if you cancel within 48 hours of payment AND no cases have been submitted under the subscription. After 48 hours or after submitting your first case, the subscription fee is non-refundable. No pro-rata refunds are provided for unused portions of the subscription period.
1.3 Lawyer Escalation Fee (₹25,000)
Refundable only if no lawyer has been assigned to your case within 5 business days. Once a lawyer is assigned and has begun work, this fee is non-refundable.
1.4 Commission on Recovery
Commission amounts deducted from recovered funds are non-refundable, as they are earned upon successful recovery.
2.1 Trademark Purchase
If the trademark transfer cannot be completed due to seller default, legal impediment, or misrepresentation by the seller, the buyer is entitled to a full refund of the purchase amount. PaisaRecover’s commission (25%) will also be refunded in such cases. If the buyer withdraws after the seller has initiated the transfer process, no refund is available.
2.2 Trademark Listing
There is no fee to list a trademark, so no refund applies.
Professional fees for trademark filing are refundable if the filing has not yet been submitted to the Trademark Registry. Government fees paid to the Indian Trademark Registry are non-refundable under any circumstances (as per government policy). If we fail to file your trademark application within 10 business days of receiving complete information, you are entitled to a full refund of our professional fee.
To request a refund, send an email to refunds@paisarecover.com with: your registered email address, the transaction/payment ID, the reason for your refund request, and any supporting documentation.
We will acknowledge your refund request within 48 hours. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, card, etc.) via Razorpay. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
Refunds will not be granted if: you provided false or misleading information in your case or trademark submission, your account was terminated for violating our Terms and Conditions, the service was fully delivered as described, or the refund window has expired as outlined above.
If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may: escalate to our Grievance Officer at grievance@paisarecover.com, file a complaint with the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or use the National Consumer Helpline (1800-11-4000 or NCH app).
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
